First in the 500 series of modules from Moog is the Ladder. More than a simple Filter, the Ladder is an analog filter designed for sound sculpting, sound shaping and shifting.Designed from Bob Moog’s original Ladder Filter design with upgraded features and components.
Its envelope tracks the sound and produces voltage that follows
the dynamics. When there is sound detected, the envelope voltage will effect the the cutoff frequency, the louder the sound, the higher the envelope voltage.
