For credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express - otherwise we happily accept PayPal and are willing to work with bank wires. All payments require a verifiable USA billing address. Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. We also accept cashiers checks, or money orders mailed to us. Personal checks must clear before we can ship and must be US checks drawn on US banks only. Please make checks payable to Professional Sound & Music. Returned checks will be charged a $25 handling charge.
Internationally we accept bank wire transfers. Please email or call your order in. Sorry, no Credit Cards outside of the USA. Special orders require a 50% down payment.

We use UPS & FedEx and most countries receive products in 2 business days, usually not more than 5 business days. We also will contact you with alternate forms of payment, as we cannot accept credit cards outside of the USA.

Here at ProSound, we are committed to doing whatever we need to do to make things right for you. Our philosophy is simple, do whatever is reasonably necessary to take care of our clients and make things right. Each problem is a unique circumstance, we consider each problem individually and find the best way to resolve each issue. We are not perfect, and when a mistake is made, we will make it right. If the product is defective, we will replace it. If it is broken in transit, we will accept it upon return and replace it. If you have a problem under warranty, we will fix it. Our Service Department is factory authorized to repair and service over 150 different manufacturers of equipment.
ProSound accepts returns of merchandise when you request authorization for the return within 30 days of your original invoice date.
All returns are subject to the following:
- Returns must be shipped to us with the original packaging including warranty cards, manuals, protective outer packaging and any other items that shipped with the product originally.
- Any item returned without all original contents and packaging is subject to restocking fees and cost of replacing the missing items (up to 20% of purchase price) or refusal of return at our discretion.
- If you received any extra items that were 'Free', you must return those items unused as well, or the value of these items will be deducted from the refund.
- A valid RMA number issued by ProSound must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging and an RA form must be included in box to identify who the return is from. Please call us at (619) 583-7851 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
- After we issue you a return authorization number, you must ship your return within 5 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for standard returns.
- We cannot accept COD returns, please ship your return prepaid and insured.
- Please keep in mind we cannot refund any shipping.
- If the return is needed as a result of our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges. If the merchandise is damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we'll make sure the carrier covers all costs.
Exceptions to our return policy:
- Analog and digital recording gear (such as ADATs and four-track recorders) that shows wear. We will test these items upon receipt for total usage time.
- Any used gear (no returns unless condition of product was misrepresented on the site or product was damaged in transit and no manufacturer warranty)
- Computer software, sound cards, tubes, internal earphones, that have been worn and CDs are non-returnable. All returned items must show no signs of wear or abuse. Any items returned incomplete or without original packaging are subject to a $25 processing charge, plus the cost of replacing missing items. Refunds are for product value only, not including shipping and handling.
